LIFTBoy 100

In case of often changing products of different sizes and heights, the LIFTBoy 100 offers a practical solution. Its electrical height adjustment provides a travel of 100mm. Additionally, the system can be equipped with two pilot laser diodes that serve for adjusting the focus without problems. This saves valuable adjustment time. The LIFTBoy 100 is outstandingly suitable for designing tailored solutions for manual workplaces or integration into production lines.

Workstation Basic
|
The compact Laser Marking Workstation marks fast and cost-effectively individual parts or small series of products. As a desk-top device the whole equipment only needs a little space and is immediately ready to run. The thermoelectric cooling replaces the usal water cooler.

Workstation COMFORT
|
The WorkstationCOMFORT is a protective housing especially developed for small- and medium-sized enterprises. Designed as a manual workplace with an automatic door opening unit, it is applied for fast marking of individual parts and small series at low cost, and high quality. It can process parts with a face of 650mm x 430mm. The integrated, electrically moveable z-axis provides marking of workpieces with different heights. Focussing is done by two pilot lasers, so that the system can be changed for other parts within the shortest time. The workstation can be equipped with the laser markers type DPLMagic Marker, DPLGenesis Marker, DPLNexus Marker, DPLFortis Marker, or COTwo Marker. Optionally, a rotating module for labelling parts on their circumferences can be installed. Its operation is possible by the intuitively operated marking software MagicMark V3.

FOIL Star 300
|
At any places, where direct laser marking is not possible, the FOILStar 300 offers an alternative laser marking system. Not to accept compromise especially for forgery-proofness and durability, laser marked foils offer themselves for application. By using the FOILStar 300, nearly all characteristics of direct laser marking can also be realised on foils. That way, fast, precise and high-quality labelling is possible. The FOILStar 300 accepts foils up to an overall length of 300m. It can transport continuous material as well as pre-punched labels in label mode. In case of continuous material, any label shape can be cut out of the material by laser. The FOILStar 300 is standardly equipped with a cutter that can completely separate label sets (family sheets).

| Rotary Device
|
For labelling of cylindrical components it is possible to apply a rotating module. With this, 360° marking around the circumference of the workpieces to be processed will be possible. For that, the rotating module is controlled by the marking software that coordinates the laser and the rotating module. The software allows for marking of text and logos around the circumference in segments. In the same way, scales can be applied around the circumference.
